MD LOG-X

Neovia has an excellent relationship with MD LOG-X for several years. Mik’s expertise combined with Neovia’s capabilities have delivered outstanding facility screenings and solutions for our existing clients as well as great proposals for potential new clients.

In 2018 Yusen Logistics gained a new contract deal for their Melsele (B) Pharma & Healthcare Center. Due to a shortage in resource and a challenging timeline of only 3 months between contract signage and full scale implementation we onboarded Mik for the overall project implementation.

During his assignment Mik took on the coordination between the new client’s 2 business units and the various Yusen departments involved. Rebuild activities in warehouse storage concepts were performed, system setup was prepared, resource were trained on client and quality procedures before the 2 business unit’s inventories were transferred into Melsele temperature controlled environment.

Bottom line the challenging customer timelines were successfully met and the transition from a former logistics partner into Yusen Logistics was perceived as a major improvement. The collaboration with Mik was continued for other projects.
